It was suppose to rain heavily & steadily all day. Instead we had sunshine setting the stage for Rachel & Eric to have the time of their lives. Everything went perfectly with lots of energy from everyone !

Wedding recap of Mandy & Anthony's awesome day. First we get to Anthony's place and everything looks right out of a Scorsese movie...guys are dressed to kill lol love it !!!

Caroline & I start shooting and the more we shoot the more fun were having.

I cannot say enough about how nice Kathy is & how respectful and understands what we have to do. Although we pride ourselves working around photographers... we shoot mostly video journalism...we don't set up shots per say but Kathy is always checking if we got what we needed !!!

Next stop Mandy's crib... Viva Italia !!! She is so nice to us its impossible not to like her... wow she is stunning in her dress.

Then a beautiful down to earth ceremony where Anthony was obviously very moved by seeing Mandy for the first time that day. We then moved on to parliament hill where everyone witness this fun bunch...peoples couldn't resist coming over and taking a look.

The reception was the icing on the cake... by this time nobody has picked an official song for the recap. Its 10:30pm Mandy asks Rocco & Maya of Five Star Entertainment

to play a '90's classic "You're a Superstar" by Love Inc.

Rocco & Maya rock great light show & sounds... within a minute the song is cued up from their extensive library of music.

Mandy asks me Syl "can you like shoot us singing it and put it in the video". Done !!!

"WOW" Classy, Cool & a very elegant setting for two people in love. I cannot say enough about how nice they were to myself, Caroline & Raheel. The day went by so fast & smooth which means we had a great time shooting it.

Pavel Bogdonov of Ottawa Flowers was in attendance & was responsible for all the biggest "White Orchids" displayed brilliantly in water filled glass vases. Beautiful work Pavel.

Shabnam & Pravin

August 21st, 2010 wedding of Shabnam & Pravin at the Hilton/Casino in Hull. These two were absolutely, positively, completely in love in its purest form !! It was important for Pravin that I begin the recap video with the poem he read to Shabnam later that night during the reception. A real romantic & true gentleman, Pravin paid attention to every minute details preparing this special day. We first headed up to Shabnam's room. When we met her, Caroline & I new right away that we were going to shoot something very special that day. Shabnam exuded so much love ,friendship that it is impossible to not like this person :-)

The rest of the day just flew by.

2 great weddings in July

July 31st wedding shoot for Kelly & Travis. A great day hanging out with this couple. The sun came out & stayed all day :-)

They picked a song by Train "Parachute" great choice & it fit this couple perfectly. I posted the recap video on FB within 24hrs !!! They got to watch it on their honeymoon down in Cancun. It was a big hit there and here at home.

Had the pleasure of working again with Raheel Agha a new addition to our RVP freelance team.

July 24th wedding shoot for Gina & Kevin was extremely hot & humid but the day just flew by. What a great looking couple & this was our first 3 HDSLR shoot. Raheel Agha join the freelance RVP team and did some amazing Glidetrack shots !!!

This was also the first time I used timelapse in a wedding :-)

The full moon was so beautiful.

This video recap was up on Gina's FB wall within 48hrs to be shared with friends & family.
